Return policy
IMPORTANT NOTE:
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE PLACING IT TO AVOID ANY HASSLES.
SIZE/COLOR CHANGES:
Email us at support@dopebeyond.com for size or color changes before your order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, changes cannot be made.
Order Cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange at support@dopebeyond.com.
After 14 Days: We will not offer returns or exchanges.
For Refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags attached.
You are responsible for paying your return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be excluded from your refund.
Damages and Issues:
Report defects or incorrect items immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable/Final Sale Merchandise:
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Review your order carefully.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Check your package tracking here.
Report missing packages within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation.
We are not liable for lost/stolen packages if the shipping address provided is correct.
