Returns Policy

Yes. If the fit is not right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags within 14 days.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or refund.

Items returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid.
Items that are worn, washed, or marked Final Sale cannot be refunded.

Your original order shipped free. For returns, you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact our support team and we will make it right.

Checkout only shows the payment methods available in your country.
Canada: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
USA and UK: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
India: cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and EMI through PayU India, plus Shop Pay. -
Orders can't be cancelled once they're confirmed, because we start preparing them right away. Need to change a size or colour? Email support@dopebeyond.com with your order number before it ships and we'll do our best to update it.
If it has already shipped, you can return it under our Refund Policy.

Sizing & Care

Everything we make is unisex with a relaxed, oversized fit and dropped shoulders; joggers are relaxed through the leg and tapered at the ankle. Every product page has a Size chart with garment measurements and a Fit guide, and our hoodie sizing guide shows how to measure a hoodie you already own and compare.

Yes. On every co-ord set you choose the hoodie size and the joggers size separately, so you can pair, for example, a larger hoodie with smaller joggers.

The fastest way is to return your original item within 14 days of delivery and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement. Email support@dopebeyond.com with your order number to start.

Machine wash cold and inside out, then tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly on embroidery or prints. The exact steps are listed under Care on every product page, and our wash guide explains how to keep heavyweight fleece from shrinking.
